2017 District Council 9 Scholarship Fund
Dear DC 9 Member,
Below, please find the 2017 DC 9 Scholarship Application. The DC 9 Scholarship is available to full time undergraduate students who are dependents of full dues paying members of an affiliated Local Union of District Council 9.
Since the Scholarship Fund’s inception, scholarships totaling over $717,500 has been awarded to eligible dependents of District Council 9 members to help them obtain a college education. We are proud to be able to support these young people in their educational pursuits.
Applications must be sent to P.O. Box 2037, New York, NY 10113 postmarked no later than October 31st, 2017. The winners will be chosen by a lottery system at the DC 9 Council Delegates Meeting in November.
